We are hiring full time and part time staff for the following positions:
Receptionist
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic receptionist for our Soho site. The role would suit someone ambitious – we are a fast-growing business so welcome applicants with other skills and interests who may want to use these and shape their career with Pitch.
Duties:
Welcome members and guests warmly, check members into their booking, answer all incoming calls, respond to and distribute email enquiries, take casual bookings and payments, sign for deliveries, keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times, filing of receipts and expenses, ensure the Pitch experience is upheld at all times.
Experience desired:
Friendly, positive manner
Experience in previous reception or front of house role beneficial
Ability to prioritise workload
Floor Host
Our new members club in Soho seeks three new floor hosts to assist us with customer experiences and events. We are looking to increase our level of service.
You will work closely with the club manager and ensure that groups are well looked after from start to finish. Key parts of the role will will be to assist with event requirements and requests.
Pitch is a young, vibrant and modern venue. You will be part of a fun hardworking team that’s looking to grow with future venues.
Our key hours are 5pm-10pm, Tuesday – Saturday but both part and fulltime are available. Our rates will pay well for the right candidates.
Golf Advisor
Our Golf advisors are required to introduce our clients to the golf simulators, set their games up and ensure that they have an amazing time playing on the world’s best courses and games. You will also be required to provide a quality and professional service of drinks and food, all the time enquiring that the customer experience is of the standards expected.

Bartender
Pitch is in need of both part-time and full-time bar and floor staff. We’re a busy indoor members golf club that hosts events and social bookings, with a bar and lounge area.
The position would involve taking drinks orders and payment, making drinks, and serving to the customer.
Previous experience mixing cocktails is necessary as we have a small cocktail menu.
£12-15ph with additional tips and service charge on top.
